Our Facilities Team are looking for skilled and dedicated Facilities Technician with an Electrical/Mechanical background to support the start-up of our first European manufacturing site. Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Technician will play a key role in the efficient operation of the site, performing essential maintenance on facilities and electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in a regulated facilities maintenance environment, knowledge of Maximo CMMS, GMP standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage contractors effectively. Where you come in: You will perform routine/preventive maintenance on electrical and other facilities infrastructure. You will provide timely troubleshooting support where required, particularly in response to equipment downtime situations. You will ensure that the site safety requirements are met You will identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce energy consumption. You will support equipment installation, equipment moves, commissioning, qualification, and validation. You will ensure all maintenance activities and other repair tasks are accurately documented and that records are audit ready at all times. You will utilize Maximo CMMS to track and manage maintenance activities. You will ensure compliance with GMP standards in all maintenance tasks. You will comply with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. You will participate in audits, risk assessments, stress testing scenarios for facility systems. You will coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors. What makes you successful: Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent. You have proven experience in facilities maintenance You have proficiency in using Maximo CMMS. You have a strong understanding of GMP standards. You have a strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements. You can work independently and as part of a team. You have experience working with BMS/EMS systems.
