- Preparing and reviewing financial statements across a range of industries.
- Delivering taxation and business advisory services to clients.
- Acting as a key point of contact for a client portfolio, providing timely and high-quality advice.
- Supporting Partners in managing assignments from planning through to completion.
- Assisting in the training and development of junior staff.
- Participating in ad-hoc projects as the firm continues to expand.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with a minimum of 3 years’ practice experience in a small or medium-sized Irish firm.
- Strong background in accounts preparation, tax compliance, and general practice services.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients, ideally SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Organised, commercially aware, and able to prioritise across multiple deadlines.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff is an advantage.
- IT-savvy with strong MS Office skills and exposure to packages such as Relate, Xero, or Sage50.
