- To greet guests in a warm and friendly manner outlining the facilities of the Hotel
- Check in and out guests efficiently and professionally according to agreed Standard Operating Procedures
- To oversee that all Departmental floats are signed in and out in the correct manner
- To pass over correct and detailed information to the following shift ‘pass-over’
- To develop and motivate your team will be a key focus
- To ensure all mandatory , GROW & job-related training is completed as per company policy
- Assist with the recruitment & selection process ensuring that we recruit the best in the business
- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar 4*/ 5* Hotel at Assistant Manager or Supervisor level on Reception
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Be flexible, adaptable, approachable and to lead by example
- Good command of English Language
