For our entity in Ireland, we are searching for aSenior Financial Planning & Analyse Specialist (FP&A)(m/f/x)Dublin (IRL) | hybrid | Full-time | Immediate StartWhat you’ll be doing:This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, asking the right questions behind the numbers, and translating financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support business success.Financial Planning & ForecastingYou’ll work with the CFO and run the annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using robust, driver based financial models (revenue, headcount, operating expenses, cash).You’ll analyse historical performance, trends, and business drivers to continuously improve forecast accuracy and predictability.You’ll partner with business leaders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and translate operational plans into financial forecasts.Performance Management & ReportingYou’ll prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast.You’ll provide clear commentary and insights explaining performance drivers, risks, and opportunities for senior management.You’ll support internal leadership, investor, and board reporting through dashboards, KPIs, and structured reporting packs in collaboration with the CFO.Financial Modelling & AnalysisYou’ll build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support decision making, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation.You’ll deliver ad‑hoc and strategic analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives.Business PartneringYou’ll act as a finance partner to cross functional teams including Revenue Operations, Go to Market, R&D, and People Operations.You’ll translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholdersYou’ll Support business leaders with financial insights to inform commercial and operational decisions.Systems, Data & Process ImprovementYou’ll ensure consistency and integrity between planning data and financial actuals, working closely with the wider Finance team.You’ll leverage ERP systems (ideally SAP) and Power BI to enhance reporting efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and data quality.You’ll contribute to continuous improvements in FP&A processes, tools, and ways of working.What you bring to the role:A third‑level degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a recognized accounting qualification is a strong advantage.3-5 years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar commercial finance role.Experience working in a SaaS, technology, or high‑growth international environment.Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel capability and a structured, analytical mindset.Experience working with ERP systems(SAP preferred) and reporting tools such as Power BI.Proven ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.Strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently due excellent time management.Eligibility to work in Ireland and willing to travel internationallyOpen approach to German expressions (as a main entity is based in Austria) is beneficialA proactive, curious, and solution‑oriented mindsetwith a genuine interest in understanding the business behind the numbers as well as high attention to detail and analytical thinking.What’s in it for you:A few general Beyond Now Benefits (may vary depending on location):Modern way of working: Join an agile, international team working in a technology‑driven environment with strong collaboration across functions and become the key contributor within the international Finance team.Impact & ownership: Take ownership of core FP&A and make Direct impact on financial planning, forecasting accuracy, and business performance visibility.International exposure: Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams across the organisation.Flexibility: Hybrid working model supporting a healthy work‑life balance.Development: Provide senior leaders with clear financial insights to aid decision-making, while taking advantage of continuous learning opportunities to advance your finance career in a dynamic organisation.Compensation & benefits (IE): Competitive salary aligned with Irish market conditions, plus Beyond Now benefits including 25 days annual leave, health insurance, defined contribution pension scheme, club subscription contribution.Find out more about us and what’s in it for you atWhat’s next:Are you ready to shape the future of our company’s financial strategy and drive impactful insights?
