You will be responsible for managing and developing robust relationships with DCI's Electric Vehicle customers, whilst supporting others portfolios and identifying opportunities for transition and growth of Electric Vehicles.We would love to welcome you to our Galway office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.Your responsibilities day to day will be…Developing and driving the account management strategic plan demonstrating customer growth and profitabilityDeveloping customer relationships to support increases in Electric Vehicle fleet, growing EV usage and the number of EV eligible cards and products offeredBeing the company's key representative for our Electric Vehicle customersRecognising and developing customer loyalty by introducing the product suite Radius has to offerIdentifying and adapting communication and engagement methods to fit the needs of your customersWorking as part of a wider team to support the company's strategic plans and objectivesSupporting other portfolio's when required with the same level of excellence given to your own customers.QualificationsPrevious experience working within an account management environmentOutstanding communication skillsAbility to develop and execute strategic plans that drive increased EV charging volume (kWh growth)Strong negotiation skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office ProductsPrevious experience or knowledge of Electric Vehicles sector, preferred but not essentialAdditional InformationWhat can you expect of us?
