Come be HR at a HR company, where you’ll be a valued partner every day.We’re looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Compensation Team at Personio. In this role you will be owning the monthly operations around Personio’s variable compensation end to end, driving process optimisation and automation, as well as acting as a trusted partner for our Sales and Partnership Leaders across variable compensation queries and analytics. Furthermore you will be a business partner to Strategy, Planning & Operations, Legal, Finance, and People Operations Payroll ensuring a successful execution of the new year setup.Role Requirements: What you need to succeedYou’re a passionate and data driven expert with first experience in sales compensation, and working in high-growth, product or service led international technology companies. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to collaborate with stakeholders of different levels and engage with diverse perspectives.You have:You have minimum two years of relevant working experience in sales operations or compensation or a related function, ideally in either SaaS or online B2B/B2CYou have an analytical and problem-solving mindset - You must love data and know the right questions to ask, constantly seeking to understand drivers of business performance and enjoy building models and presentations showcasing this.You are a critical thinker, challenging the current status and looking to optimise employee experience through operationsYou are a great communicator, comfortable interacting with different leadership levelsExperience with Xactly, Salesforce or Tableau is a plusYou want to work in an environment where you can make a difference while being perceived as a real partner of the business who mainly enables future company growth from a variable commission perspective.Why PersonioPersonio is an equal opportunities employer, committed to building an integrative culture where everyone feels welcomed and supported. This includes the preparation of reportings and forecastings (i.e. accruals, reversals and payroll) and the partnership with stakeholders across the People, Legal, and Finance teams.You will drive continuous improvement of commission processes, models, and calculations as well as assess and evaluate improvements of commission systems and databases.You will structure and execute on projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendationsYou will be a trusted advisor to Sales and Partnership Leaders across variable compensation queries and support with analytics and proposals for driving the right business decisions.You will engage and support in the annual planning process, contributing towards updating sales compensation plans and align with business targets.
