- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
- Support senior account leadership in the execution of account strategies
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Ensure a consistently high standard of client communication and service
- Oversee the delivery of multiple digital projects concurrently
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, development, UX and content
- Manage project schedules, deliverables and dependencies
- Maintain oversight of scope, ensuring changes are clearly documented and agreed
- Ensure projects progress smoothly and key milestones are achieved
- Monitor project budgets and overall account profitability
- Track revenue across assigned accounts and highlight potential risks early
- Support forecasting and pipeline planning
- Ensure projects are accurately scoped and commercially viable
- Ensure agreed internal processes and documentation standards are followed
- Maintain strong organisational discipline across accounts and projects
- Contribute to improvements in delivery, account management and reporting practices
- Uphold quality standards across all client work
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in a digital or creative agency environment
- Strong background managing digital projects, including website builds and platform-led work
- Solid understanding of digital disciplines such as CMS platforms, UX, content, SEO, paid media and analytics
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and multiple stakeholders
- Commercially astute with experience tracking project performance and margins
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
