- Leading and managing 3 Account Managers and working closely with the Operations Team to ensure customer demands are being met.
- Developing and implementing aftersales service strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and coordinate resolutions to optimize customer experiences.
- Managing reactive callouts and planned maintenance visit function of the company
- Prepare regular reports on aftersales service performance and present findings to senior management.
- Proven experience in aftersales service management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of customer service best practices and aftersales processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use metrics to drive decisions.
- Full drivers' license is required as there will be site and customer visits
