Hours: Full-time (9am-5pm, flexibility available) – Potential for part-time after backlog is cleared
Rate: €22+ per hour (DOE)
Start Date: ImmediateOsborne is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a busy finance team in Dublin 3 on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role with immediate impact expected. The role will initially run for 4 weeks but may extend further.Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post creditor invoices
- Complete daily bank reconciliations
- Manage weekly payroll for approx. 20 staff using BrightPay
- Prepare VAT returns
- Complete daily cash reporting
- Support with month-end reporting
- Handle ad hoc finance and office duties as required
- ATI qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Sage 50 and BrightPay
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Available to start at short notice
- Competitive hourly rate (€22 p/h approx.)
- Flexible working hours (with potential for part-time after initial backlog)
- Onsite role with possible scope for 1 day WFH once settled
