- Drive hotel performance by achieving budgeted revenue, profitability, and efficiency targets.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent excellence in service and product quality.
- Lead, support, and develop department managers and their teams to achieve goals.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, ensuring compliance with standards and training across all departments.
- Regularly engage with guests, handle feedback, and foster a guest-first culture.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and HACCP regulations, while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting, revenue forecasts, and cost-control measures.
- Promote open communication across departments, holding regular structured management and team meetings.
- Support HR initiatives including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Represent the hotel during peak business levels and at key functions/events, ensuring operations run seamlessly.
- Proven leadership experience in hotel operations management or a senior HOD role.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent people management skills with a track record of motivating, training, and developing teams.
- Deep knowledge of hospitality standards, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
