Supporting one of senior Technical Leads, the ideal candidate will have strong technical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies.What are the key responsibilities of the role?Works directly with the Technical Lead to plan and implement a variety of projects across our customer base.Take’s lead for onsite installation works, complete site visits & surveys as required.Assists with research, development and testing of new products for our customers as required.Documents and develops project processes within the company.Oversee various aspects of specific projects and assists to ensure they are delivered on time.Reviews and evaluates project implementation process and gathers data on execution.Address intricate technical challenges spanning software, hardware, networking, and infrastructureBuild strong working relationships with our customers and advise them on project progress and associated timelines.Acts as an escalation point to assist helpdesk and field engineers.Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutionProvide weekly reports on project updates to Technical Lead.​What skills/experience do you require for the role?Third level qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science or a related fieldAbility to handle multiple tasks and have excellent attention to detail.Strong technical background and have the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Prides themselves in the delivery of high standard projectsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Project Management ToolsFull clean Irish/EU drivers licence.What are the company benefits?Competitive salary23 days annual leave plus public holidaysLife Assurance SchemeHybrid RoleAccess to use of a company vehicle as requiredOpportunity to gain industry recognised qualificationsActive sports and social clubEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)Career progressionEducational Assistance programme.
