Manage and process payroll efficiently.
Maintain and coordinate training requirements across the company.
Oversee recruitment processes, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Conduct and support performance reviews, salary reviews, and remuneration benchmarking.
Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practises.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with GDPR requirements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:A CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 desirable).
Previous experience with industrial candidates.
Post-qualification experience in a HR Generalist role.
Experience in standalone HR positions or SME environments is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practises.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
