- Deliver outstanding assistance to our colleagues, serving as their primary contact for a range of HR functions.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the client's global and regional policies, talent practices, HR programs, and systems.
- Ensure prompt resolution of employee inquiries through our case management system, utilizing available resources and policy documentation.
- Provide exceptional employee support through various channels, utilizing support playbook scripts and fostering cross-team relationships.
- Update and maintain the workmate support playbook and knowledge articles to reflect current processes and scripts.
- Lead the People & Purpose section of New Hire Orientation within the region.
- Demonstrate effective collaboration with HR teams and operations.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and prioritize exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards in accordance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement on an ongoing basis.
- Contribute to special projects within the People Operations department as required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of customer service or HR generalist experience
- Demonstrates unwavering commitment to customer service and fostering an exceptional employee experience.
- Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Exhibits sound judgment in problem-solving and decision-making, involving necessary individuals at the appropriate junctures.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal German or French beneficial
