About the role

Work as a Cloud Engineer within the Data Platform team, focusing on Change Data Capture (CDC)
Collaborate with a highly cross-functional and technical team to enhance technology solutions
Partner with business teams to design and deliver solutions to business requirements and client challenges
Contribute to a team that combines deep technical and business expertise
Explore and implement emerging technologies in an open and transparent environment
Work with modern data replication tools and follow industry best practices
Continuously improve data platform capabilities through ongoing learning

Knowledge in data movement capabilities including, data streaming, data replication and change data capture.
In-depth technical knowledge to Design , Deploy and Administer modern data replication platforms (e.g. GoldenGate, Fivetran, Striim).
Experience in building and deploying data solutions in AWS and Azure using IAC tools like Opentofu/ Terraform.
An advocate for software engineering best practices and principles.
Hands on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment.
Passion for continuous learning.
Experience in mentoring and coaching other engineers in the team.
