- Responsible for defining brand stories and principles, including distilling insights and shaping experience pillars.
- Conduct research, trend analysis, and gathering insights to inform creative responses and design direction
- Focus on future trends and agency strategies through innovate thinking, insights and research
- Proactively engage with clients, provide strategic consultancy, identify support opportunities, foster innovation and establish methods t measure creative effectiveness.
- Build consultancy credentials, functioning as both a brand and creative strategist.
- Host and facilitate strategic workshops, conceptualizing creative strategy and defining briefs.
- Determine methods to measure creative effectiveness, track progress, and evaluate outcomes.
- Enhance collaboration, advising the Creative/Design Director, and having visualization skills.
- Cement the agency’s new positioning and contribute to the development of the Brand Experience (BX) audit & index platform.
- Be a representative and provide thought leadership for the practice.
- Bachelor’s degree / advanced qualification in Design, Strategy, Innovation or related field
- Proven experience in leading, creative and strategic initiatives within a creative agency
- Experience in shaping clients’ brand stories and bringing it alive
- Expertise in innovation consultancy and lifecycle management
- Ability to translate technical concepts into commercially viable and compelling propositions.
- Track record of driving commercial success and business growth.
- Excellent thought leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of emerging technologies – AR, VR, AI, others
