Looking for a new Creative role with a mix of innovation & strategy?We are looking for a Head of Strategy and Insights to shape and build the strategic function and futurist remit at one of Ireland’s top rated creative design agencies.This award-winning team is in growth mode and they want an experienced creative & strategic leader to inform their design direction and decisions, propel the agency forward and shape their strategic direction.   • Responsible for defining brand stories and principles, including distilling insights and shaping experience pillars.
  • Conduct research, trend analysis, and gathering insights to inform creative responses and design direction
  • Focus on future trends and agency strategies through innovate thinking, insights and research
  • Proactively engage with clients, provide strategic consultancy, identify support opportunities, foster innovation and establish methods t measure creative effectiveness.
  • Build consultancy credentials, functioning as both a brand and creative strategist.
  • Host and facilitate strategic workshops, conceptualizing creative strategy and defining briefs.
  • Determine methods to measure creative effectiveness, track progress, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Enhance collaboration, advising the Creative/Design Director, and having visualization skills.
  • Cement the agency’s new positioning and contribute to the development of the Brand Experience (BX) audit & index platform.
  • Be a representative and provide thought leadership for the practice.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree / advanced qualification in Design, Strategy, Innovation or related field
  • Proven experience in leading, creative and strategic initiatives within a creative agency
  • Experience in shaping clients’ brand stories and bringing it alive
  • Expertise in innovation consultancy and lifecycle management
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into commercially viable and compelling propositions.
  • Track record of driving commercial success and business growth.
  • Excellent thought leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies – AR, VR, AI, others
