- Integrate identified opportunities into the regional and global growth plan of the GBU DTC.
- Communicate the importance of identified opportunities to ensure organizational alignment and support.
- Prioritize opportunities based on alignment with goals and available resources.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap in collaboration with regional and global business unit leadership.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and supply chain partners.
- Network with external business partners and attend industry events to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and apply an effective capture plan in line with the GBU DTC strategy and in collaboration with regional and global business unit leadership.
- In collaboration with regional and global BU leadership teams, manage the pursuit lifecycle; Go/No-Go decision to contract award.
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with pursuits and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the pursuit process.
- Utilize existing relationships within the supply chain for competitive and reliable pricing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective pursuit and execution.
- Oversee opportunities from pursuit decision to proposal submission and contract agreement.
- Continuously evaluate the opportunity management process for efficacy and make improvements.
- Learn from both successful and unsuccessful efforts to refine future strategies and corporate policies.
- Encourage a culture of innovation within the regional and global business unit DTC.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on opportunity pursuits.
- Monitor success ratios, key performance indicators, and adapt strategies as needed.
- Maintain benchmarks and norms for future pursuit efforts.
- Establish open and transparent communication channels within the proposal team. Encourage honest and constructive feedback.
- Clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to avoid misunderstandings and promote accountability.

- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience working in EPC services.
- Experience developing market and technical content for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in assessment role (trends, opportunities, challenges) within a high-tech industry environment.
- Experience implementing new initiatives within the organisation with demonstrated ROI impact.
- Customer service experience facing internal/external customers and industry audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or commercial management essential.
- Prior experience working in the Data Center industry.
