Key users of the product are, of course, the customer and the employee but also in-country partners (payroll, benefits, etc) and Boundless payroll and HR teams.For this Entity Management & Expansion Coordinator position, we are offering a base salary in the range of €45,000 - €50,000, plus equity. This position, whilst remote, will be based within a European time zone.Requirements:As our Entity Management & Expansion Coordinator, you will support our Global Infrastructure team, who own entity management for Boundless' global subsidiaries and the rollout to new countries (entity and operational set-up). Your main duties will include coordinating corporate activities and events for Boundless subsidiary entities to ensure they remain compliant, as well as managing projects to set up entities and operations in new countries.You will have a passion for driving the empowerment of remote workforces, bringing your track record in (international) corporate law and/or entity management activities to Boundless. You will become a leading force in setting a new standard for how Employers of Record deliver incredible results for customers and their employees.As our Entity Management & Expansion Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Entity management:
  • Coordinating corporate compliance activities, such as annual meetings and filings, insurance renewals and licence renewals.
  • Document management and collating signatures for Boundless entities.
  • Maintaining and updating company records of Boundless entities on an ongoing basis.
  • Supporting and responding to information requests, inspections and audits from local authorities where Boundless has entities.
  • Providing Boundless KYC to service providers.
  • Management of incoming (digital) mail for all Boundless global entities.
New country rollout:
  • Project Management support and ensuring the completion of projects on time and within budget.
  • Liaising with local legal service providers for entity incorporation, registered address & office, and mandatory licensing and registrations.
  • Collaborating with our internal team across; HR, Payroll, Finance, Product and Marketing.
  • Reviewing of legal memoranda and advice across new countries.
  • Reviewing and updating processes that will ensure best practices and success.
  • Assisting internal teams with business model-related queries.
You would be a great fit if you have:
  • 3+ years of legal or legal ops experience, preferably in international corporate law or entity management and compliance.
  • Supported or owned the management of projects.
  • A proactive mindset which helps you to think a few steps ahead to ensure success in your work.
  • An ability to communicate and document information to ensure transparency and collaboration.

Not essential, but a bonus if you have:
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Worked for/with an Employer of Record.
  • Experience with Project Management tools.
