Excellent organisation & time management skills
Proven track record of working to strict timescales
Excellent client facing skills
Thorough knowledge of building practices
Experience of internal finishes and M&E is desirable (Fitout and Finishes in hotels and residential projects)
Experience of managing large scale projects would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis
Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and track progress
Coordinate and manage subcontractors
Carry out safety checks /Audits
Keep in close contact with members of the site team at all times
Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners
Ensure that work complies with building regulations as well as other legal requirements
Ensure Quality standards are maintained at all times.

As a Site Manager you will have 8+years solid site experience within the construction and building industry, preferably for a Main Contractor. The successful candidate will have experience of working on high quality medium to large scale projects in various sectors Industrial, Health, Pharma, Commercial & Education.
