A Top 5 Irish firm are expanding their Employment team and are seeking an experienced Legal PA to join them. You will work alongside four other PAs providing full secretarial and administrative support to fee-earners. This team are well-established with a strong culture of collaboration across all levels and this is a new role to provide additional support.

Suitable candidates for this role will have 3-4 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in a fast-paced firm. As the role involves a high volume of billing you will need to be familiar with using billing software and managing complex billing processes.Other duties will include:

Management of filings and opening matters.
Liaising with clients regarding invoicing, outstanding invoices and client onboarding.
Working closely with bids and marketing, maintaining CRM and keeping records accurately.
Expenses management.
Production of high quality documents.
Travel management and diary co-ordination.
