Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements8+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in infrastructure solutions.Proven people leadership skills, with experience managing diverse, cross‑functional teams, nurturing talent and building a high‑performance engineering culture.Exceptional communication and influencing skills to act as the bridge between leadership and teams, enabling clarity, alignment, and transparency of goals, strategy, and expectations.Strong execution leadership, driving clear goal‑setting, operational discipline, and seamless stakeholder alignment to ensure predictable, high quality delivery.Experience in performance management, including leading performance reviews, promotions, talent calibrations, and creating actionable improvement plans when needed.Desirable RequirementsHands-on engagement with AI-assisted engineering tools (coding assistants, analysis, decision support).Solid storage domain background.Experience leading teams through organizational or operating model transformation.Who we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
