- Contribute to the ongoing development, maintenance an oversight of the risk and compliance frameworks.
- Assist in the management and execution of the annual Risk & Compliance plan.
- Support the Chief Risk Officer with input into the top-down components of the risk management program including:
- Preparation of reporting materials for the Risk & Governance Committee and draft minutes
- Input towards the assessment of the risk profile for the regulated entities
- Input towards the identification and consideration of top risks
- Represent the Risk & Compliance team at select Committee & forum meetings, providing advice and challenge
- Provide support for the delivery of the core components of the risk management framework including:
- Facilitation and assessment of RCSAs
- Recording and evaluation of risk events
- Monitoring for Emerging Risks
- Facilitate the update to and reporting on key risk indicators
- Oversight of risk issue and action tracking
- Provide support for and where appropriate facilitate risk deep dives
- Provide support for policy and procedure setting and compliance risk assessments
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory guidelines
- Support the development and delivery of Risk and compliance training across the business

- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, being able to build relationships. communicate with people at all levels and to engage with a wide range of stakeholders; ability to work within a team, to collaborate and support the existing team and to maintain focus on the common goal;
- Professional qualifications in Investment Management and/or Risk Management would be advantageous. Desirable to be qualified to degree level or equivalent, but not essential.
