- To be the intermediary between the customer and the engineering team.
- To perform all admin duties.
- To coordinator all projects for the company.
- To work with all project managers to ensure projects will be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- To schedule staff rosters.
- Utilise the company’s labour in the most efficient manner.
- Review and update the efficiency of all projects.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficient with IT.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent time keeping.
