Working with our client, a successful Co. Waterford based company. Hartley People Recruitment are looking to fill the position of Project CoordinatorExperience within the construction industry is advantageous but not a necessity.The Role:

To be the intermediary between the customer and the engineering team.
To perform all admin duties.
To coordinator all projects for the company.
To work with all project managers to ensure projects will be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
To schedule staff rosters.
Utilise the company’s labour in the most efficient manner.
Review and update the efficiency of all projects.

The Person:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Proficient with IT.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent time keeping.
