ResponsibilitiesMAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performanceDeliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the storeHelp to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelinesAdhere to company’s policies and proceduresResponsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in storePerform other duties that are required from the management teamKEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS TRAINING CHAMPION:Coach peers through 1:1 sessions and small group training.Inspire and motivate the team to engage in continuous learning.Validate learning through quizzes and knowledge checks.Ensure colleagues complete all required courses.Take approved time off the floor for training purposes.Identify store training needs and share insights with the Regional Trainer.Introduce new ideas and feedback to improve training programs.Utilize all approved training resources (Workday Learning, Retail Content Training Library, NB Link, Website, Running Blog, Regional Trainer).
