- Prepare and analyze project cost estimates for tenders, including materials, quantities, labour, and time.
- Review and prepare project cost reports.
- Attend monthly management meetings.
- Collaborate with sub-contractors.
- Evaluate subcontractor records and revise templates, such as appointment records and payment certifications.
- Review accounts and requisitions from suppliers.
- Measure, price, negotiate, and agree on budgets and expenses for changes to the project scope.
- Ensure the accuracy of project expenses and address any concerns if needed.
- Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Keep the management team informed of project performance and conduct cost and value reconciliations.
- Mentor and support the professional development of junior surveyors.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and analyze losses.
- Degree qualification and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the UK or Ireland (preferably in Residential/Commercial projects).
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and experience with databases.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others.
- Eligibile to work in Ireland.
- Valid driver's license.
- Base salary ranging from €47,500k to €65k, depending on experience.
- Annual bonus of up to 10%.
