Job Description GemPool is hiring for our client, a global leader in consumer electronics, software, and digital services, who is looking to expand their Cork team with an experienced SCRUM Lead - Agile Delivery.While this opportunity isn't live yet, we're inviting expressions of interest from certified Scrum Masters who are ready to lead high-performing agile teams and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.Location: Cork, Ireland - Hybrid (onsite 3 days, WFH 2 days)
Duration: Contract - 12 months (extension possible)
Rate: €450 - €475 dayrateYour Role

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Coach and empower teams to adopt best practices, remove impediments, and foster self-organizing, high-velocity teams.

Act as the bridge between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Continuously refine team processes, implement agile methodologies, and drive adoption of agile tools.

Track and report metrics such as sprint completion rates, team velocity, and cycle times to enable data-driven improvements.

Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to support smooth delivery.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead, with a proven record of successful sprint delivery.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.

Expertise in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and technical project management.
