- End-to-End Production Management
- Manage all aspects of event production from concept to showrunning and wrap-up, ensuring events are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
- Take full ownership of the event budget, ensuring consistent delivery
- Develop comprehensive event plans and scopes of work (SOW) independently, including site plans, AV requirements, health & safety protocols, and more, especially for complex setups and greenfield sites.
- Creative Development & Client Engagement
- Participate in creative brainstorms to generate unique and innovative ideas for client events, continuously exploring progressive production methods and solutions.
- Actively engage in client relationship management, building and maintaining strong connections through open communication and responsive service.
- Use post-event evaluations and client feedback to refine processes, enhancing client satisfaction and future event experiences.
- Team Leadership & Third-Party Coordination
- Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and third-party partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and resource alignment across all stages of the event.
- Lead the event team from inception to completion, providing mentorship and knowledge sharing with junior team members to support skill development.
- Financial & Operational Accountability
- Develop and manage project budgets for events with a minimum value of €100k+, ensuring consistent delivery of targeted profit margins.
- Ensure operational systems and procedures are adhered to, supporting efficiency and consistency across the production process.
- Innovative Execution & Industry Leadership
- Stay updated on industry trends, actively exploring new event solutions and technologies to bring fresh, dynamic experiences to life.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of creative exploration and a forward-thinking approach to event production.
- Consistently implement quality control measures, including on-site management, to ensure high standards of execution that represent FUEL’s brand at every event.
- Experience: 8+ years in event production, preferably within an event agency setting, with at least 2 years in the previous role
- Proven Success: Experience as project lead on large-scale live and online events with budgets over €100k, with responsibility for event delivery rather than supporting roles.
- Event Expertise: Demonstrated history with complex employee experience or brand activations, corporate events, festival activations, sporting events, conferences, PR events, brand stunts, and virtual events.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of production, including greenfield site planning, power and cabling requirements, health and safety (H&S), site recce, AV requirements, and the ability to independently develop SOWs.
- Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Multitasking Ability: Strong ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and preferably access to a car for on-site event management.
- Creative Passion: Strong enthusiasm for innovative, experience-driven event solutions.
- Good Judgment: Consistently demonstrates sound judgment in decision-making, balancing creativity with strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Effectively collaborates across various disciplines, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success.
