Grow here.At AECOM we are currently recruiting for an OFCI Manager:Data Center to join us at our Dublin office.Here's what you'll do:Your day to day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:The OFCI Manager is responsible for the procurement, coordination, and delivery of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment and materials for a data center construction project. This role ensures that all OFCI items are specified, procured, tracked, and delivered in alignment with the construction schedule, ensuring seamless integration between the owner's procurement team and the general contractor (GC) or subcontractorsKey Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for all OFCI-related activities on the data center project.Coordinate closely with design teams, vendors, procurement, logistics, and construction to ensure timely delivery and installation of OFCI equipment.Manage the lifecycle of OFCI items from specification through procurement, shipping, delivery, and installation.Maintain a detailed OFCI tracker, including delivery dates, lead times, shipping status, and installation readiness.Work with internal and external stakeholders (GCs, MEP contractors, OEMs, vendors) to align equipment deliveries with construction milestonesQualificationsReady to push the limits of what's possible?Here's what we're looking for:As the successful candidate you will have experience working within our primary hyperscale data center markets along with having the following qualfications and experience.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in construction or project management, with at least 2 years in data center or mission-critical environments.Proven experience managing OFCI equipment on large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure components (e.g., CRACs, switchgear, UPS, PDUs).Additional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle - from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
