If you’re ready to step up and grow your career, we’d love to hear from you.The OpportunityAs a Stockroom & Operations Team Lead, you will play a vital role in driving store success by ensuring smooth product flow, maintaining an efficient stockroom, and supporting your teammates to perform at their best. Your expertise will directly contribute to meeting and exceeding store sales targets and KPIs.What You’ll Be DoingDriving Performance
  • Actively support the store in achieving sales and KPI targets by prioritising efficient merchandise flow to the sales floor
  • Use your retail and commercial insight to spot opportunities that maximise availability and sales
Stockroom Excellence
  • Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient stockroom
  • Manage deliveries accurately and efficiently, always adhering to stock protection procedures
  • Ensure all stock movements between stores and warehouses are correctly recorded and processed on time
  • Maintain adequate supplies and a well-organised stockroom environment at all times
Team Support & Development
  • Act as a role model for stockroom behaviours and operational best practices
  • Guide and train selected team members on stockroom processes
  • Support the sales floor when required, working closely with store management
  • Collaborate positively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest ideas that drive commercial success
  • Communicate openly with store management and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture
  • Take ownership of your own development, embracing learning opportunities to grow your skills and performance
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in stockroom operations or people management (highly desirable)
  • Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Confident communicator who can work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Professional, calm, and adaptable when facing challenges
  • A team player with ambition and a desire to progress into management
