- Oversee arrival and departure operations, ensuring a smooth and memorable guest experience
- Maintain a polished, professional presence in lobby, entrance, and courtyard areas
- Ensure luggage, personal belongings, and guest deliveries are handled with care and discretion
- Support guest escorts, orientation of the estate, and general assistance as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests and service concerns with appropriate follow‑up
- Lead the daily operations of Luggage Porters, Doorpersons, and Valet Drivers
- Conduct shift briefings to communicate VIP movements, group arrivals, and key priorities
- Allocate duties to ensure effective coverage and consistent service
- Provide on‑the‑floor coaching to reinforce service standards and professional behaviour
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture based on respect and accountability
- Monitor luggage tracking, storage, and delivery processes for accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate valet operations including vehicle reception, parking, and retrieval
- Oversee lobby flow and guest circulation during peak times
- Ensure bell and valet equipment is safe, operational, and presented to the highest standard
- Collaborate closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security to ensure a seamless guest journey
- Uphold Adare Manor's service philosophy, brand standards, and professional conduct expectations
- Ensure valet procedures prioritise safety and careful vehicle handling
- Follow all safety, emergency, and incident‑response protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality and GDPR compliance regarding guest information
- Previous experience in Guest Services, Concierge, Bell, or Front Office roles in a luxury or high‑quality hospitality setting
- Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
- Warm, confident, and professional presence with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational ability and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Ability to lead, support, and coach team members
- Calm, solutions-focused approach to unexpected challenges
- Full, clean driver's licence required
