- Creating and updating various reports - daily/weekly/monthly
- Respond to customer day-to-day queries
- Raising and reporting Internal and External Deviations in Q-Pulse
- Supporting Customer audits as requested
- Updating and administrating quality documents in Q-Pulse
- Working with the Management Team and site stakeholders
- Progress chasing - CAPA's, OFI's
- Investigation of customer queries
- Decisions on quality in absence of Quality Manager
- Ensure audit actions are completed and uploaded to Q-Pulse
- Actively attend Continuous Improvement meetings - produce presentation and minutes (Including 8D and ERR)
- Manage the Internal CAPA system, communicate overdues to management team
- All functions are to be carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard requirements with reference to the sites Quality Policy, Policy Manual & relevant Works Instructions.
- Work with Quality Manager to ensure that all aspects of PS9000 are integrated into the Quality system.
- Ability to operate Microsoft Excel/Word (Creating graphs/WI/Process Maps)
- Skilled in information handling, analysis, and presentation
