See below Job specification for Industrial Cook.Job descriptionWe are working with a family owned and operated producer of high quality preserves, relish, chutney and sauces based in Ballyvourney Co. Cork.Key Responsibilities:Cooking of fresh food in a HACCP controlled food factory using large scale equipment.Working to cook established recipes to agreed specifications.Previous experiences of preparation and cooking of fresh foods an advantage.Full training will be provided.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent- Rate starting @ €15.00/hrSchedule:

Day shift
Monday to Thursday

Experience:

Preparation & Cooking of Foods
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications and use IT system as required
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards.
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of factory and equipment
Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Must have conversational English
