- Experience in working with challenging behaviours of Adults and Children with Intellectual Disabilities
- Work as part of a dedicated team, as well as independently if/when required
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with service users and all stakeholders.
- Support the day-to-day running of services, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for all.
- Ensure adherence and understanding of HIQA standards and residential care regulations.

- QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare or a relevant field (Full award)
- Experience of working with children/adults in the field of intellectual disability
- Full manual driving licence and access to your own transport.
- A degree of flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them maximise their quality of life.
- Section 39 pay scales - DOE +Yearly Increment
