This role is variable hours and will involve working some late evenings, Saturdays and Sundays. Elemis experience is an advantage, however we do provide full training with our brands.We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist - Part Time to join our expanding Team.   • To carry out all treatments and services to the required and expected standard.
  • To advise clients and guests on skincare and upsell products where possible.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge, keeping abreast of new trends within the industry.
  • To complete all consultations in a professional manner
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and professional advice offered to customers using the facilities.
  • Contribute to the general operation of the facilities through ideas and support.
  • The ability to provide outstanding and exceptional customer service
  • Brilliant attention to detail and effective communication
  • Ability to follow verbal directions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills
