- Lead client consultations from initial brief through to final sign-off.
- Design tailored solutions using AutoCAD/ArtiCAD, ensuring both style and functionality.
- Close high-value deals by building trust, understanding client needs, and offering creative, elegant solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting Christoff’s full range of luxury interiors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- A proven track record in sales, ideally in interior design, carpentry, construction, or a similar premium product/service environment.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArtiCAD – must be able to design and present custom-built concepts to clients.
- Commercially driven with a natural ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple high-value projects at once.
- A customer-first mindset – you take pride in delivering outstanding experiences from first consultation to final reveal.
