Site Manager - Residential - DublinWe are currently partnering with a Tier 1 Main Contractor with bases across Ireland who have seen success across a number of projects. Due to continued success, there is now the need for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a Residential build.Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Management of Internal & External Works
Take full ownership of build activities from ground level to handover, including blockwork, roofing, windows/doors, internal fit-out, kitchens, bathrooms, finishes, and external works-ensuring each phase is completed to programme and spec.
  • Coordination of Subcontractors Across All Phases
Lead daily coordination of subcontractors for civils, superstructure, M&E, fit-out, and hard/soft landscaping. Ensure smooth sequencing of trades, avoid overlaps, and maintain tight control over quality, schedule, and site logistics.
  • Programme & Progress Management
Maintain and drive short-term and overall programme targets. Track daily progress, update lookahead schedules, and escalate delays or design issues early to senior management. Keep production moving across multiple units or house types.
  • Quality Control, Snagging & Handover Management
Oversee high-quality delivery of all elements-inside and out. Conduct regular inspections, manage snags, and ensure compliance with BCAR, Part L/NZEB, and client specs. Prepare units for phased handovers and final inspections.
  • Health & Safety Leadership & Clean Site Maintenance
Enforce site-wide health and safety compliance-monitor RAMS, toolboxes, plant movement, and housekeeping. Maintain clean, hazard-free zones internally and externally, supporting safe working and client-ready presentation.RequirementsMust have 10+ years' in a similar role preferably on residential projects
Must have great communication skills both written and oral
Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades' background
Must be based within a commutable distance of DublinBenefits€85,000 - €90,000 + Vehicle + Package
