- Providing administrative support with the recruitment process including sscreening Education Support applicants through various channels and systems and recording updates on Recruitment system.
- Work in tandem with the Recruitment/Placement coordinator to perform various administrative duties that support the recruitment and placement function
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing clients, students and staff
- Ensure all staff are fully compliant to company standards prior to placement with student(s)
- Support to adequately fill all placements and effectively coordinate with Educational Support Workers, Students Clients and internal staff
- Resolve all employee queries or escalate them to the relevant departments
- Constantly striving to meet weekly KPI's and targets set out by your manager.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a coordination role
- Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English language
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
- Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to efficiently multitask with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage time is a large part of this role; therefore, is its essential that applicants are proficient in managing their time successfully
