Position InformationJob TitleEducation Support Co-ordinatorDivisionSupport Services - Education SupportLocation(s)Hybrid/DundalkReporting ToEducation Support Team LeadPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking to recruit a Co-ordinator to join our established Education Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general support and administration of all aspects of the client service that Education Support provide. This would include but not limited to support with recruitment including interviewing onboarding and compliance of candidates, matching and allocating staff to support placements and scheduling of hours, rectify employee queries, and supporting internal stakeholders.The Co-ordinator will report directly to the Team Lead of the Education Support Team.Duties of the role will include but are not limited to;
  • Providing administrative support with the recruitment process including sscreening Education Support applicants through various channels and systems and recording updates on Recruitment system.
  • Work in tandem with the Recruitment/Placement coordinator to perform various administrative duties that support the recruitment and placement function
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing clients, students and staff
  • Ensure all staff are fully compliant to company standards prior to placement with student(s)
  • Support to adequately fill all placements and effectively coordinate with Educational Support Workers, Students Clients and internal staff
  • Resolve all employee queries or escalate them to the relevant departments
  • Constantly striving to meet weekly KPI's and targets set out by your manager.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a coordination role
  • Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English language
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to efficiently multitask with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time is a large part of this role; therefore, is its essential that applicants are proficient in managing their time successfully
