- Collaborate closely with Operations & Finance to ensure timely communication of system updates affecting front-office operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for system-related issues, liaising with global and local Service Desks to address concerns promptly.
- Attend meetings with global support teams to manage service tickets effectively and share knowledge as needed.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for team members, particularly regarding POS/AX updates.
- Act as a support buddy for resolving POS-related issues efficiently.
- Assist with tasks such as patient refunds, commission statement preparation, and AX training for new hires.
- Contribute actively to team meetings and participate in projects aimed at process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with English as a first language
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably POS and AX.
- A background in the Payments Industry is a distinct advantage
- Eligibility to work in Ireland without any Visa Restrictions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
- Organized with excellent time management skills.
