- Ensure projects are delivered meeting the respective safety, quality and cost objectives of the business and clients
- Analyse and report Project portfolio performance including KPI monitoring, budget, cost control, risk management, client billing, cash flow and implementing rapid recovery as required.
- Manage Project tasks and key deliverables via the development and management of detailed Schedules & Programmes of works for Projects, including identification and management of resource requirements, plant & equipment and materials.
- Manage and co-ordinate workflows between site crews, subcontractors and other relevant parties.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to clients and management.
- Manage changes and variations in project scope, including communicating them effectively to the QS team for pricing and cost recovery.
- Actively partake in the implementation of business operating systems to improve efficiency throughout the organisation, specifically but not limited to the area of project management.
- Manage a high performing team ensuring all goals and objectives are met in line with company values.
- Qualified Level 8 Degree in Project Management or Electrical Engineering
- Management experience delivering projects
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship management
- Experience in applying lean principles to work activities.
