- To ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and related areas is of the highest possible standard.
- To ensure cleaning practices are of the highest standards and in line with HACCP.
- To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
- To take full responsibility for your section in the kitchen.
- To ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests and other persons on the premises.
- To attend meetings as required.
- To attend Fire Drills and to observe all safety procedures and rules.
- To carry out any other duties notified to you by management.
