- Carry out site surveys and prepare all required drawings and supporting documentation.
- Ensure client approval is obtained for all drawings and any subsequent variations.
- Arrange the ordering and procurement of materials as required.
- Source and secure labour resources, whether internal teams or external subcontractors.
- Liaise with the site team regarding programme schedules and deliveries, including any works required from the client or main contractor.
- Coordinate with the site team on all pre-installation requirements, including certification, inductions, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct site visits before and during installation to ensure works are progressing in line with the agreed contract and to promptly address any issues.
- Inspect and formally sign off on installations completed.
- Review and approve subcontractor works.
- Raise or approve invoices in line with the latest agreed contract values and ensure they are allocated to the correct project account.
- Provide post-contract support to the accounts team when required, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted to facilitate timely payment in full.
- Previous experience required working within a construction environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good team player.
