Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce their partnership with a reputable service, who's mission it is to assist young people in reaching their full potential and integrate into the community. Due to our client's expansion, we are currently recruiting for Social Care Workers for permanent roles in Laois.The chosen candidate will provide a direct service to children in residential care as directed by the policies and procedures set out by our client, whilst guiding Social Care Workers.We have a number of exciting residential roles in various services - preparation for leaving care, dual occupancy and separated children seeking international protection.To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Relevant Qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7)
  • 2 years' experience within Social Care
  • Minimum 6 months working in the social care sector (placement experience considered)
  • Full Clean Driver's License preferred
  • Knowledge of HIQA standards
  • Flexible to work across all shifts - days, nights, evenings, weekends
