Elderly Care Nurse- Dublin

• Provide compassionate and person-centered nursing care to elderly residents in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor residents' health status, vital signs, and response to treatment, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care, while respecting their dignity, privacy, and autonomy.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

• Registered Nurse with current registration in Ireland.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in elderly care nursing preferred.
