You'll act as a trusted partner - helping agencies understand how to build brand awareness, optimize performance, and increase sales using advanced ad products and analytics tools.What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of digital marketing agencies
  • Partner with agencies to optimize campaigns, drive ROI, and unlock new growth opportunities
  • Translate data and insights into strategic recommendations and actionable results
  • Onboard new agency partners, guiding them through tools, best practices, and product features
  • Manage multiple campaigns with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success
What You Bring
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in digital marketing, paid media, or ad tech sales
  • Background in or exposure to agency environments is essential
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics
  • Excellent communication skills - consultative, structured, and persuasive
  • Based in Dublin (or planning relocation) with full work authorization in Ireland
