
Customer service agent 3 months contract

- Greet and welcome customers upon arrival
- Create a positive, engaging atmosphere at all customer touchpoints
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure a tailored experience
- Manage queues efficiently and maintain smooth customer flow
- Escort customers to vehicles or shuttle buses
- Provide support across branch operations to ensure seamless service
- Respond to customer queries both in person and over the phone
- Act as a liaison between branches and departments when required
- Open and Close rental agreements during peak periods to reduce wait time on both pick up and return
- Support additional operations in Eastlands or Terminals as directed, including but not limited to: rental processing, vehicle checks, audits, and driving
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
- Ad hoc duties in line with business needs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a friendly, professional manner
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to remain calm and helpful in high-pressure or unusual situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- A full Category B driving licence is preferred but not essential
- Shift work required, including weekends
- Hours of operation: 5:00 AM – 1:00 AM, Monday to Sunday
- Flexibility and availability are essential
