Our client provides a range of services to meet the needs of young people and their families including residential and aftercare support.A successful candidate will be working alongside an experienced and supportive team, and will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the residential home. As well as working closely with the management team to ensure that the team is creating and maintaining a warm, accepting, and secure environment for the young people in residential care.Role Requirements:A driving license and minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in one of the following: * Social Care, Social Care Practice, Applied Social Studies
