- Defining maintenance and operational protocols.
- Budget management and expenditure forecasting.
- Utilizing detailed diagrams and drawings for work.
- Creating system designs using CAD software.
- Monitoring building processes and systems.
- Collaborating with various professionals like structural engineers, builders, surveyors, and internal project teams.
- Participating in project and technical meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative and safety standards in building system design and maintenance.
- Have a relevant Building Services/Mechanical Engineering degree
- 6 + years' experience working in a relevant industry.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as using his/her own initiative.
- Strong problem solving ability and ability to generate practical solutions.
- Convert written and verbal directions into 2D/3D drawings.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
