We're looking for a talented and motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at Vagabond Restaurant, located in the vibrant coastal town of Lahinch, Co. Clare. Our menu combines Irish and Mediterranean influences. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing busy kitchen operations, developing creative seasonal menus, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, and leading a positive kitchen culture. You'll work closely with the owners to shape the future of the restaurant while delivering an outstanding food experience for locals and visitors alike.
