SSA is recruiting an Intermediate / Project Quantity Surveyor on behalf of an expanding turnkey contractor, to be based in Central Dublin.About the role:Office based, reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: compiling variation claims and maintaining schedules, preparing CVR reports, cost forecasting, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, contractual correspondence with stakeholders, and much more.The ideal candidate will possess solar PV, BESS, heat pump, or utilities experience.About the company:Our client provides D&B solutions to companies in the energy, life sciences, and food & beverage industries, specialising in design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance. - 3+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role
- Experience working for a medium-sized or large contractor
- Demonstrated MEP construction experience (essential)
