- Strong experience in the Licensed and Hospitality market and an excellent network of contacts within this channel
- Ideally have experience selling integrated taps systems and/or Dispensed soft drinks.
- Commercially Alert
- Technically minded - able to perform with basic site audits (training is available and our engineering team will support with complex audits)
- Strong Sales focused Approach, Self-Confident, who acts with Pace.
- Excellent Communicator - excel working with range of professional companies and on many levels
- Proven history of closing high value sales and accounts
- Experience to seek out new business / projects, build and develop strong relationships and sales pipeline, to manage and develop all prospect opportunities.
- Plan and organise effectively
- Exemplary negotiation & objection handling
- Work well in a team, able to work effectively with other sales people and a cross-functional team
- A passion for Sustainability and ability to support customers with their own journey towards a more environmentally friendly footprint
