- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and shared success
- Stay ahead of the curve, keeping your finger on the pulse of acquisition trends, tech, and consumer behaviour
- Proven experience in acquisition marketing, ideally within a consumer digital, tech environment or similar fast-paced sector
- Experience working for a well-known brand, managing major campaigns and multi-million budgets.
- Strong background in direct marketing, digital performance and demand generation
- Commercial acumen and comfort with data - you love diving into results, spotting patterns, and making changes that move the needle
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with energy and impact
- Marketing or business degree preferred; post-grad a plus
